So, we decided to make buy one of these coffee makers, and it has quickly become our favorite way to do joe. What is so amazing about this counter top coffee cooker is: A. It's brilliantly engineered. B. It makes the perfect amount of coffee for two small densely packed espresso style cups, and the coffee puck from the ground espresso is dense enough for Canadians to play hockey with and my fellow Americans of the National Quid-ditch League to play quid-ditch with. The flavor exuding from the clear top is incredibly powerful. C. The way the device brews coffee is exceptional: you put the contraption, when it is prepared, on the base, press the button, and the water boils up from the bottom, flowing smoothly over the coffee grounds above the base and pushing the brewed coffee through the small steel shaft.
The shaft tip inside forces the coffee out from the top of the clear carafe to the bottom of the clear carafe. The slow process creates a unique blend which is quickly becoming our favorite way to brew coffee. Oh, and the nice feature is you can put the pot on the bottom pole and spin it 360 degrees, just in case you get bored of holding the pot with your right hand. Prefect to use before waking up to take the kids for their pink barbie bike rides, your winter ski beverage of choice, before you hear Alicia Keys in concert or changing the way you prepare your power punch beverage for the day. We highly recommend you give this little pot a whirl, and maybe the pot will change the way you do joe too. Alicia Java-bombs are loaded with flavor.
